South Walton is guided by a comprehensive Strategic Plan with set goals and objectives. Throughout the year, staff and consultants work dilligently to compile monthly reports recording activities that directly correlate with the Stategic Plan. At the end of the year, one comprehensive report is generated showing all the goals and objectives that were met for the previous year.
